Very personable and conversational recruiter. She was easy to talk to and made the setting comfortable. She got to know me and I did the same with her and made sure I knew what the position I applied for entailed.
Calm and good interview process, Nothing much about technical questions but lot about previous experience ana behavioral questions. Overall, a great experience and happily joined HCL.

One on one and presentation round. PPT should be basis their requirement. Mine was related to soft skills, behvioral and communication. They would check for facilitation skills, methodologies used and delivery.
