I attended a walk in interview. The organizing and planning could have been way better. The required HR were absent and hence the whole trouble was created. Some candidate waitung for the interview of the same position left after frustrated of waiting for more than 5 hours and yet heard nothing from them. No interview was started before 3:30pm although every candidate were available by 9am. The interviewer in the end was least interested to take interview and we're talking to themselves in regional language when the candidates were answering to their questions.
