The interview process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. From the initial communication to the final interview, the team was respectful, clear, and engaging. Entretien
Once you submit your application your recruiter will contact you and do a brief phone interview. She/He will then schedule you for an interview person interview to meet with the manager of your unit. At the time of the interview with your unit manager you will shadow an employee who has the same job title you applied for for approximately 2 hours. A job offer offer will then be extended if they would like to hire you.

Entretien
It was the nurse managers and two other PCT’s who were the lead PCT’s that were invited in by the manager. I felt very welcomed and not overwhelmed by the amount of people in the interviewing room. They showed me around and had me feeling like I was apart of the family.
