A psychometric assessment is required with your application...mind you, even before someone has spoken to you or met you. I found that to be a bit off-putting. Also, the company seems to have forgotten that, in California, pre-employment psychometrics are frowned upon and some even deemed impermissible. I would encourage their HR Department to re-evaluate this practice before they find themselves in deep water.
