Initially interviewed by the recruiter and an online interview was scheduled. At the time of the interview no-one showed up to conduct it on their side. I received very little communication and when I reached out for an uodate from the recruiter this is what she said “ Unfortunately, the position was closed for a restructure of the scope and the team chose to go with an internal candidate.”. Very unprofessional.

Seemed a bit unorganized and staff interviews were very interesting. Frontline staff was very vocal about issues, lack of staffing and the corporate vs stafff atmosphere. Overall a good experience. Travel was all handled up front and totally taken care of by HCA which was nice.
