I had a phone interview to which the interviewer was 8 minutes late. I was wondering if it was actually cancelled. The questions themself were not bad. My resume was passed onto the hiring manager where they decided they did not want to move forwards. The negative aspect of the interviewer being late was not one that was easy to shake off during the interview itself.

Lengthy, and unproductive. Interviewer was inexperienced. I was unimpressed with overview of company that was presented, not enough info was given regarding responsibilities and growth potential. This company has high turnover.

The process moved fairly quickly. I had two interviews. The first interview was their Partner and the second interview was with the Human Resource Recruiter. I was hired shortly thereafter. Very good follow-up and the start date provided.
