I applied through and agency , prepared enough. It took about 30 minutes.. I answered questions as the interviewer wrote notes.. I am kenyan so i don't know if she understood me clearly . I really did my best but i guess the textbook way of interviews never allows people some room to improve once hired.
It was a very Easy interview, very standard questions. 95 percent of the interview was Scenario based questions. The Job was offered during interview. Felt like the application process you had already got the job. Application process was easy.

Entretien
The interview was great and professionally conducted, conducted virtually, the questions asked were in line with the job description. It lasted for about 30 minutes, the questions were not difficult and the result of the interview was out after 24 hours
