The HR person out of Austin, TX, means no harm, but is unprofessional and all over the place. She could not answer my questions about the position and asked me an illegal question. She had me study the STAR interview method to prepare. There was no STAR interview. Just appease her to get to the folks that matter. The 2nd interview with the team was more productive, but not too technical. I basically just explained my experience.
