I had two phone interviews with the HBG recruiter before being brought in for an in person. I felt the need to follow up on my own with the recruiter because this process too about a month before the actual in-person interview. At my interview, I met with the recruiter, head of HR, one of the principals, one senior associate, and one associate. The interview took about an hour and then I went to a BIM exam that had a written portion and practice exam using Revit. An offer was tendered at the end of the interview and test and I was given an offer letter and packet explaining benefits to review on my own time.
