I interview Interviewed with 3 three people. All were very friendly and warm. I didn’t feel like it was a stuffy place to work. They made me feel relaxed and confident. They explained the job and failed to explain it is collections instead of basic customer service.

The interview process was very straightforward. I had to reschedule my interview once and it was no problem to do so. My actual interview was not difficult, and the manager was amiable and informative and answered all of my questions. I was then extended an offer to join HBCS. I accepted.
