Long and misleading. They want to severely under pay for the role. They also don’t have the necessary tools in place for the person to be successful in the role. Told me to expect and offer and then 48 hours said they were going a different way. Asked for explanation and got no response. Super unprofessional. Won’t pay relocation for a mission critical role. The owner seemed like a solid guy…it’s the rest of the leadership that was questionable.
