My interview (for the same VP of Talent Acquisition role), was cancelled twice...both within MINUTES of the scheduled call. Only to be offered the same excuse as I was 2 months prior in April 2020- "the client is seeking someone with healthcare experience."
As an executive/founder of a nationwide staffing staffing agency for 8 years, I have never treated my candidates so poorly, nor have I lacked such knowledge knowing what my client desired in submitted incumbents.
The agency should re-evaluate its sourcing process and ensure communication is succinct prior to wasting anymore executive's time.
