My experience was pathetic and annoying, I was invited for first level discussion after applying online and the whole process was virtual. Moving to the core point, respected recruiters both of them forgot to add Director in the invite along with Technical panel so they rescheduled the interview next day. Interview went well for 1 hour 15 min within a while Recruiter contacted me as said feedback was positive however panel wanted me to meet face to face where I am in difficulty and I told that I can’t come without any confirmation of the position and she told that she would update me. She came with an update asking me to attend another round of interview with different team and asked me to submit all my documents employment and education including PF account statements. I have sent all the asked documents and say for second level discussion and the game started here, in this round director joined but not technical panel but gladly director took the interview for 30 min and told me one more round would be there and I nodded my head. In third round along with technical again director supposed to sit but recruiters forgot to send invite again and as expected my third level discussion rescheduled again. In the same day they sent invite for 3rd level discussion some Time later but director did not showed up and ended up having discussion with technical panel. Guess what? Third round feedback was also positive but no official discussion from HR to take forward of the hiring process. It’s been 3 weeks no update and HR told me they are still waiting for the official communication from client. In my entire career I have never seen such dumb process with so many lame excuses. I will not recommend this company at all as they kill your time and ruin your hopes.
