I had applied for the Product Owner position and the first round went very well. The interviewer was professional enough and knew what she was asking. The second round was scheduled on the same day and now comes the most unprofessional, unethical, and egoistic person who got offended for every answer I gave during the interview. According to him, we should not reuse the code. Throughout the interview he made me feel low. The questions asked were not rocket science. It was the typical P.O role questions. I guess I did not make it to the next round. In fact, even if they offer me, I am surely going to decline it.

Got a call from HR, got the interview scheduled was interviewed but wasn't given a feedback had to remind HR post that was told was selected for further rounds and was scheduled further rounds and cancelled right before the start of interview due to tech panel unavailability finally gave my best and was very confident of clearing it but then again no feedback from HR and again followed up with HR to be informed in one line as not selected even after knowing that I had done really well. And no feedback from tech panel too for reason for rejection for a 14 yrs exp candidate. HR Shaheen and Tech panel Ranandbhat don't have the basic professional courtesy to inform back on the status or feedback on the candidate

Overall was good but not a pleasant experience. The interview was done in 2 phases and very unprofessional HR. After 1st interview there were multiple follow ups that was done and after which they had sent an email with a case study as part of 2nd round interview. Had to decline the offer seeing the unprofessional behaviour and also due to a parallel offer I secured in the mean time. Secound round case study was very vague and was asked to provide a solution within a shorter timeline, post which again there were follow-ups done for 2nd round scheduling. Post 2nd round no communication for 3-4 weeks and after lot of follow ups, finally HR was kind enough to reply that I am not selected. Well, no regrets on the selection part but overall experience was not great and wont recommend my known colleagues to join Harman.
