J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez H1 (Bengaluru) en déc. 2021
Entretien
The process was simple and fast. They have less number of interviews compared to industry. In total 4, 1 Coding round, 2 Technical interviews and 1 Hiring manager round.
The recruiter was very helpful and prompt in answering all the queries.
All the interviewers are very talented in their fields and asked impromptu questions based on what you have on resume.
Questions d'entretien [1]

The interview process was extremely smooth.
It started with an online assessment for coding skills and adequate time was given by the recruiter to prepare for it. The response was very swift and next round was scheduled at my convenience.
After OA, the next round was a coding round and the interviewer was very polite and explained the problem problem . It was a very interactive discussion in which we discussed the problem and arrived at the optimal solution. The proper running code was expected.
The TA people at H1 reverted back very quickly and scheduled a second coding and design round where more emphasis was on general design and coding principals. This round was also a very interactive round and we discussed design patters, importance of testing in coding along with the coding problem.
The final Round was a Hiring Manager round to test the cultural fit in the team and the organization. It was with a senior member of the H1. It was a very pleasant round in which some situational questions were asked and some questions were asked from the past experiences and challenges that I faced in the working carrier.
They quickly reverted back with the result.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience with very swift response.
Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then given a take-home coding challenge that was fairly easy. One question on React and an algo question. I had to find out from the engineer that evaluated my challenge that they weren't moving forward with my candidacy, after pestering their "HR" person following more than a week and a half of radio silence. Apparently they weren't happy with the complexity of my algo solution, which is fair; but it's clear to me that this company has either very poor HR or none at all. Pretty terrible process.
