Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.

Interview process was long and drawn out for only a part time job. It took almost 3 months to get a call back The interviewer really didn't know what they were talking another.
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
