It wasn't really an interview, more like a contract negotiation. So long as you know taxes and can pass their tests you're pretty much guaranteed a job. My interview was a discussion of my skill set, they asked what office I preferred to work in and what sort of schedule I want. It was very quick, maybe 30 mins total, and I walked out with an offer.
