They go thru your background and ask what if questions. After that, they ask your schedule flexibility and if youd be willing to work nights and weekend as an atl you'll NEED to work nights and weekends.

What would you do if a customer can in belligerent. How would you handle it?
Teams meeting with 2 MTL. Told position is paid training from Nov to Dec on-line at your pace & several in-office with role playing. Then full time in January thru April 15th.

It’s pretty easy, they are very thorough and detailed, the interview process is not long but they do care about being able to multitask in a stressful, fast paced environment.

Good experience, friendly. But I was not told before the interview that the desired position had already been filled. They offered another position, but the salary was lower than expected.
