I was called in for an interview for tax pro. We went over my last year reports and I had spoke with my district manager about being interested in doing management. We talked a little more about what is required of an office manager and he informed me that he would contact me for an actual interview for management.

Easy on line process, questions asked then a recorded reply. Easy if you prepare prior to the interview. There is not much time only about 30 seconds before the recording begins for your answer to the question.

I received a phone call within an hour of submitting my resume. It was not a scheduled interview, so I was not as prepared as I would typically be when I answered the phone from a strange number to begin an interview
