I had Zoom call where the Regional Manager assessed my qualifications and engaged in questions to see my thought process. The questions were not hard and allowed for my experiences to show how I would proceed with actions and why I would take them.

Scenario: Tell me a time you had to de-escalate an irate customer.

It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
Pretty basic, two people interview you, ask you to explain your resume and the typical questions of what you would do in xy situation. Pretty easy, not too much pressure.
Interview is usually a single virtual interview with one of two managers. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. First it starts with simple basic questions, then moves to longer situational questions, and then ended with logistical questions like availability, pay, etc.
