Applied online. Got a telephone interview around two weeks later, then asked to come to a recruitment night the week after that. Was told i'd hear back within two weeks and they waited til the last day to offer me a contract and tell me to come for a welcome meeting and store tour.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
