Applied online. Phone interview a week later. Called in for in person interview 2 days later with two Department Managers. Called not even 15 mins after that interview to come back for a 2nd interview with Store Manager 3 days later. Rehashed old questions with Store Manager and was told I'd be offered the job as soon as my background check clears.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
