I applied online and about two weeks later I received a phone call from a recruiter. He asked me 4 questions about why I choose to apply and my experience. Then he set up an in person interview at the location I applied to. During that interview I was interview by two managers.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
