A lot of steps in the process, and had to meet a lot of staff before being offered the job . Not the most organised process, it is not always clear what position you are applying for until the end of the process
The process was very smooth. All was very organised and clear. The timing for call back was very fast and i had just 2 interviews. All it happened in video call. The interviewers where really nice and the process was really smooth.
There are three rounds involving a phone interview, in person and then final with project.
The in person interview involved a personality and suitability round and a portfolio and design round.
A hr and a senior designer interviewed me together. Was an online interview. It was around 1hour and the experience was great. Ask very detailed questions and they are very nice generally.
