I applied in Dec, 2016. They reached out to me second week of Jan to complete the online assessments which included a Numerical, Verbal and Logical Reasoning tests online. For ITP, they weren't timed, but the amount of time required for you to complete is taken into account. It's a pretty detailed assessment. You should be prepared for various math based question with calculator and all! They reached out to me the week after to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went very well, Sara was amazing and took her time to go over everything in detail! The interview was all about my personal career experiences and how comfortable I am with the international component and if I had experiences travelling/ living abroad.
I heard back a few days later and since I am from Canada, the next steps of CV/Personality & Timed Case interview was scheduled on Skype which took place mid-Feb. Matilda and Julia interviewed me over Skype for these two separate interviews and they were very sweet and I thought the interviews were both educative and an amazing experience. The Personality interview (1 hour) was basically again about my experience and using that to clarify my strengths, weaknesses, responses for different situations, a country where I can't see myself working in and languages I am comfortable in and such. Finally the case interview (1 hour) was also over Skype, usually its based in Sweden and you solve cases in groups of three I think but for me it was online so just by myself. I was given four questions for the four different functions of ITP (Store development, Leasing, Merchandising, Controlling) and she gave me about 6 minutes to solve each question. You would have to come up with pros and cons and back up answers with logic.
The last step would be a final interview either online again or in Sweden but I didn't make it, was really hoping to as I want to continue working internationally in a corporate retail environment and this seemed like my dream job but oh well, overall a good learning experience! Highly recommended for anyone interested in international retail. Thanks ITP!
