J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez H&M (Stockholm, ) en avr. 2010
Entretien
I was applying for a part-time sales advisor, more like a "fill-in" for when the stores need extra people. There were many who were applying so there were many interviews going on at once, but no group interview. There are two people asking you questions. I feel like the interview questions were pretty easy overall.

Question 1
They asked me among other things to talk about myself, where I'd like to be in a couple of years, what I know about H&M, etc. The hardest question was something like if I wanted to change something in a store, what would it be? Since I was quite unexperienced and quite nervous it was hard for me to answer that, but I guess I came up with something
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
