Applied online and received a phone interview a few weeks later. Phone interview was just basic questions. 1st in person interview was with 2 supervisors and the 2nd was with 2 department managers. Most of the questions were just behavioral and mainly customer service based, what you would do in this situation kinda thing.

Pretty basic behavioral questions. Describe an event where a customer....or what was your best customer service experience...Pretty simple, just glorify your past experiences heavily on customer service.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
