It was very laid back and straight forward. They called me in and asked the typical questions. Why do you want to work at H&M, your future goals and what do you know about H&M.

Do you know where the clothing is made and the fabric.
Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
Ok nothing crazy they just asked me who you are and why do you want the job. Besides that nothing else. Smooth process too. And also you had to come prepared to tour around the area with the hiring manager and he would ask you questions about what would you do in x scenario
