Online application, and then invitation to group interview.
The group interview starts of with an ice breaker where you have to introduce your partner. Quiet simple and easy.
Then you go through case studies and discuss your answers with the group.
This is then followed by a practical test where they see your visual merchandising skills.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
