J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez H&M (Dallas, TX) en avr. 2012
Entretien
Went to an open house that was also held in 2 other cities which was basically open interviews. I was taken in for my interview right away. The interview consisted mainly of basic questions you would expect at a retail job, but I suggest you do a bit of research on the company. I did and I'm pretty sure that got me some brownie points. I then was told they would get with me within 8-10 days and that I should also apply online if I haven't done so. I did that and bout 5 days later, I received the dreaded email stating I did not get the job. Then about 2 days after that, I received a phone call from a manager at one of the locations I had applied for. She asked me if I would like to come in for a "meet and greet" the following week. I arrived to the store on time and waited for about 15-20 minutes for the manager. The environment in the store seemed a bit chaotic, even though there weren't many customers.. Once the manager greeted me, she seemed a bit flustered, we went out to the food court of the mall where she immediately offered me the job. She said she would call me again the following week to let me know when I could come in to begin training. The hiring process took a bit longer than I would have liked, but everyone's friendliness and enthusiasm to have me work for them made up for it.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
