Entretien
Applied online and was asked to attend a group interview. At the interview, there were 7 of us and about 4 managers watching us from the sides. We first had to pair up and learn about the other person and present these facts to everyone else. Went on to answer questions as a group off a sheet about customer service and work ethics. Last part of the interview was some role playing - sat down afterwards to reflect on what we could have done better.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
