I applied on line and was replied to by an recruitment company. After about a month I was contacted by them to be interviewed by H&M recruiters. An appointment was set up at the recruitment office. I was asked standard interview questions. how did I handle situations with my co workers? What was my work availability? Then a couple of months later I was called again for another interview. Same questions different people. then I was called for a group interview and put into different situations. I was eventually hired

Detail orientated, plan and goal driven. Created and presented action plan and broke it down by month to month. Provided a detailed step by step process on how to achieve these goals.

It was fast and with 2 current managers. The position was open at both stores so it was a double interview. Come prepared with background knowledge of the company. Okay.

A normal management interview, it was a 2 stage interview with a screen phone interview with a recruiter then meeting someone in store or teams (I did teams) they were super accommodating.
