My interview process was pretty easy but took awhile I first applied online to an open position to the store I wanted. Then brought my resume to the store manager the next day. About two to three weeks later I got a phone screening interview lasted almost 15 mins she asked the basic stuff work experience, availability, and about me. Then I was invited to a one on one interview the next day, it was relaxed and straight forward she asked wha I would do in situations and the same questions from phone screening also filled out a background check it lasted almost 30 mins, I was then called 3 days later for a third interview a week later then I interview with the hiring manager and it only lasted 6 mins witch was weird. She asked the same questions the store manager asked me but kept it short she then said they will get back at me if my background check was good it takes a week. It was my third interview and no offer? So I waited about 5 days later I get a call and they wanted to schedule orientation and offer date I accept.
