If they are interested in you, you will get a phone interview, and if they are satisfied with that you will then get an in-person interview.
The person who interviewed me was very friendly, asked me questions about favourite designers, favourite collabs, difficulties I've faced and overcome in the workplace. Also, asked about how I felt giving feedback to managers. Also asked about something that I've done that I'm proud of. There were various other questions that I can't recall but the phone interview was very easygoing.
The in person interview was fairly typical. They do ask you what information you know about the company. The website has a lot of information about this but, you could talk about where the first store was opened and when, H&M's values, conscious initiatives, collaborations, etc.
