Applied online, got a call about 2 weeks later and had a brief interview over the phone answering basic questions. Was then invited into an assessment day the following week which consisted of doing generic tasks around the shop floor in small groups like tidying and putting stock out. Was told we'd have a phone call within the next week regardless of whether you got the job or not but nothing.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
