Went good, asked describe a time questions, and asked about availability. Took quite long thoigh - over an hour, but I've heard it depends on the situation, person, store, and role.

Lots of scenario based questions and some written questions. Role play where you are on a difficult customer situation where the customer is complaining and you have to deal with it. Slightly embarrassing when it was in front of actual customers on the shop floor.
