Two calls and an in person interview. They have in house recruiters that you speak to before the actual managers. The interviews were easy and felt more like conversations than being interrogated.

The interview itself was easy but I definitely got the impression that they're looking for a "look" rather than a skilled candidate. I was told they wanted someone "polished" so I wore a nice suit and slicked my hair back. When I arrived, the receptionists were not exactly what I would call "polished." My first impression was that it was way less professional than I was expecting. It felt a bit like a hen house and I immediately got a vibe that it was more of a Brett Kavanaugh's assistant position situation. I waited for 15 minutes in a conference room by myself. The interview itself was no more than 5-8 minutes. I received a response about a week and a half later that they are not moving forward with filling the position.
