Entretien
I was called by a manager of the store, very shortly after I applied online. We set up an interview and I got there early, and waited. The interviewer was a bit late and apologized for that later on. He asked me questions you'd expect. Very laid back.
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
