Started with a phone interview, than proceeded to two rounds of face to face interviews. Both face to face interviews were 2 to 1. The phone interview was with a recruiter and was just a general interview looking for job match based on previous work experience.

Phone interview, recruiter was very patient and calm demeanor not intimidating whatsoever. She explained the type of culture HEB likes to maintain and that leadership, not management is their motto.
