Interview process took roughly about 3-4 weeks. Applied online and received a call for a group interview 3 weeks later and the group interview took a whole 3+ hours. The group hiring process was ridiculous and childish. They obviously don't hire people for their skills. They hire people based on how "friendly" you are.

There was not specific interview questions. They made you go in groups and do ridiculous childish activities like pretend to sell their products to them

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
