Begins with an online questionnaire depending on whether you got a green yellow or red marking on your online questionnaire to determine whether or not you would go on to the second interview process .when you take the quiz you don't know what you got I only found this out from a person in the hiring department .Green meaning most desired yellow mean possible canidate and red meaning traits not desirable for the positions. big group intefiews was akward and unpleasant for me because the questions were way too involved. I was hired.

How would your sell x object if you had no idea what it was? (Ex: a passion fruit)
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
