Entretien
The application process consisted of three interviews. One interview was with the hiring associate, then a store manager, then the district manager. The hiring process consisted of background checks, and a drug test. Questions that were asked were pretty basic common interview questions you would experience everywhere else. The only thing is that they should have structured the interview process a bit better than having you drive to different places in a three day time span.

Entretien
Had an interview with three different managers. Each one asked different questions. Questions ranged from customer service, business intelligence, how to deal with angry customers, etc. Name a time when you dealt with an angry customer, name a time when you went above and beyond. What is customer service?
