I applied online. The application process was simple and I was called back within a week. I sat with a manager who asked me a few questions and told me about how he was 16 when he applied for his first job at HEB and grew with the company. I got a call back that same day with a job offer.
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
