Entretien
There was Me and this other guy I knew from high school who was were basketball shorts and tee-shirt. I was wearing a red button down and khakis. I went to be pre-interviewed by the CCOM (central checkout operations manager - top manager for central checkout) with the general "why this job?", "do you have a car?" - I don't remember everything. If you pass this interview you get to be interviewed by the Unit Director (General Store manager - highest level employee at the store) and there I was asked more situation-based questions (i.e. you saw a customer stealing an item - wat do?). He asked if I was nervous, I said that I am. He asked me why and I just said "because I have to prove that I have the ability to do this job to you, and that is hard". For some reason this impressed him quite a bit.
If you do well enough, they will ask you if they can do a BG check. This means you'll get the job if the BG check clears, but they won't say this at this point.
Also, that other kid wearing shorts got the job too, so I guess attire is not so important.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
