Easy, conversational, great experience. The interviewers were welcoming and easy to talk to. They asked a lot of predictable questions about management, etc. and were genuinely very excited to be working at HEB.

The in-person interview was professionally executed and provided a welcoming environment. Most questions were pre-determined, but allowed for varying answers based on personal experiences. Additionally, the two interviewers opened up the floor and were willing to answer any questions I had during this process.
