Very easy going. I felt no pressure during the process and the interviewer seemed very interested in each of my answers. Called me into the office soon after I arrived (which was 15 mins prior to scheduled time) and the whole process was thorough but quick.
Virtual interview comes first, most likely a screening interview!
The in-person interview is where they gauge your customer service attitude and ask about your availability. It is a relaxing, low-pressure interview process that still ensures the right people are hired.

Three stages of interviews. One is through the phone. Second is with the department manager. Third is with the General Manager. They will call you back after each stage if you pass it.
