One on one, stress-free atmosphere, focused on what would be the best fit for me based on my experience. Was asked several questions about myself, my values, and how those would correspond with the values of the company. Felt as though my wants and needs were being considered.

The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

They asked about a time when you had to interact with a disgruntled customer
