It's a 3 step process. First was the group interview where we went around the room and answered about 5 questions like what position would you want, describe a time you got good customer service, what position would you not want. Then there is a one on one interview with a manager and other one on one interview with the department manager.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
