First a call, then a take home technical challenge, then an assessment centre with 2 interviews (1 technical going through take home work, one soft skills based) and group exercise
Quick and easy. Recording answers in stage one was something new. Actual face to face interview was informal followed by a technical test. I was called to say i wasn't successful which was a nice change rather than not being contacted at all!
