Terrible process. In house recruiter scheduled the ‘get to know you’ and had no idea about the role and was unable to hold an actual conversation. She was just reading off a list of questions which is insane for a senior role. Had a feeling I would be ghosted so I never even followed up and I was correct. They said I’d hear back within 1-2 weeks and never got a follow up. After reading all of these reviews about both the recruiting process and management I’m glad I dodged a bullet.

It takes a long time for every single round. 3rd stage is an exercise and 4th stage is final round with presentation. They ghosted me after that. The interviewer was very unprofessional as well talking about the brands he worked for and told me to avoid it. It made me very uncomfortable and I did not want to work for someone like that. But ghosting me was just horrible. They owe me a reply.
